Ophelia Blasts NC Coast With Gusty Wind, Rain

Ophelia made landfall in North Carolina in the early hours of Saturday morning. The storm produced gusty wind, heavy rain and storm surge flooding upon arriving. Sand clouded the skies along the outer banks.
