NASA Lost Priceless Space Artifacts Due to ‘Poor Record Keeping’

NASA’s Office of Inspector General recently reported that the agency’s lack of procedures and poor record keeping led to the loss of many priceless memorabilia over the past six decades, including a lunar rover prototype and an Apollo 11 collection bag that contained moon dust particles.
