Hurricane Idalia Floods Florida Streets As Outages Grow

Idalia is now a Category 4 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 130 mph. High winds and storm surge are already impacting Florida’s west coast. Nearly 50,000 customers are without power and that number is expected to climb.
