Does El Niño Mean An Earlier End To Hurricane Season?

Atlantic hurricane season officially ends Nov. 30, but the last storm of the season usually happens earlier than that. El Niño conditions, like those in place this year, tend to change the date of the final storm of the season. Could this hurricane season see an early end as a result of El Niño?
