Dronestagram has . The contest, which attracts thousands of entries, is in its fifth year of featuring drone photography from around the world.
The winner is a photographer who goes by the username "zekedrone," who submitted an image of several hippos taking a mud bath. The photo is named "Hungry Hippos."
The second place photo is a gorgeous photo of a fishing boat casting a large, green net into the dark waters of Vietnam, taken by photographer Trung Pham. Third place is an aerial photo of two people walking dogs on a beach, their shadows elongated on the sand.

"Despite the regulations and constraints that increasingly weigh on recreational drones, creativity has not been curtailed and the unique worldview allowed by drones continues to make us dream," Eric Dupin, the founder of Dronestagram, explained about the stunning results of the contest despite legal challenges for drone users. He expressed excitement for future contests as well.
