First responders had their hands full Sunday but they also found time to rescue a couple of our four-footed friends.
Firefighters in Olathe, Kansas, saved a deer about 12:30 p.m. Sunday that had fallen through the ice and was stuck in 5 feet of water in Lake Olathe.

"Fortunately, we were able to get her out!!" the fire department tweeted. It added, "This is a great reminder for all of us to stay safe by simply staying off the ice."
Also on Sunday, members of the fire department in Blue Ash, Ohio, rescued a golden retriever that fell through ice on Hunters Creek.
The city of Blue Ash tweeted that and was doing well.
The Blue Ash Fire Department tweeted, " but this is also a great reminder to make sure people and pets stay away from frozen water. It can be very dangerous!"
