Yellowstone Biologist Spots First Bear Of The Season Emerging From Winter Hibernation

Each winter, grizzly bears go into a decreased metabolic state called “hibernation.” When spring is nearing, they emerge from this hibernation in search of food. This is reportedly already happening at Yellowstone National Park.
