Parts of western Kentucky have tallied over 20 inches of snow from Thor, including 25 inches near Radcliff. In addition to creating hazardous travel conditions on the roads from Dallas-Fort Worth to Baltimore, Thor impacted numerous airports with ground stops and flight delays. Most notably, snowy and icy conditions at LaGuardia Airport .
