Winter Storm Hektor brought snow and freezing rain to the Ohio Valley and Northeast, leaving behind a swath of messy roadways and two deaths.

Arkansas State Police say that two others, thedriverand another passenger, were taken to the hospital after the crash. Their condition is unknown.
643 Entergy customers lost power Sunday morning after a, according to Magnolia Reporter. As of Monday morning, service has returned to those customers.
In Ozark. parts of Interstate 40 were temporarily closed because of blackice,, including one vehicle that flipped, 5-News reports. No injuries have been reported from these accidents.
5-News also reports that drivers on I-49 are experiencing bumper-to-bumper traffic due to icy conditions and accidents on the road. ASunday morning causing an accident that involved an SUV and a car. No injuries were reported in the incident.
In Little Rock, area churches posted, KARK reports.
Public reports to the National Weather Service indicate that many locations in northern and central Arkansas have received a light glaze of ice on exposed surfaces. Icy road conditions were also reported in Independence County and Sharp County.
The Chicago Tribune says that at least on Interstates 57 and 72 Monday morning.
Multiple Sunday after poor weather made for hazardous driving conditions. In Champaign County, several slide-offson I-57 prompted state police to respond, the Chicago Sun-Times said. Winter Storm Hektor first drew attention after winter storm warnings were posted for Austin and San Antonio Friday night. Hektor quickly moved on, but not before shutting down several connector ramps.
In San Antonio, and a portion of Interstate 10 early Saturday morning, according to KSAT-12. Hours later, all roadways were reopened as conditions improved.
The United States Office of Personnel Management stated on their website Monday morning. Federal employees working in D.C. will have the option to arrive two hours later or use unscheduled telework or leave.
