Winter Storm Dion is delivering a sloppy winter smorgasbord from the Mid-Atlantic through southeastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey.

The National Weather Service said a high pressure system from North Carolina north to New England is being fed by disturbances from the southwest and moist air off the Atlantic. The storm has also caused treacherous travel conditions and numerous flightcancellationsandhas been a factor in at least one death.
