Tropical Storm Watch Issued Along Florida's East Coast Ahead of Isaias

Tropical Storm Isaias is dumping heavy rain on parts of the Caribbean and could bring tropical-storm-force winds to Florida's East Coast beginning Saturday.

A tropical storm watch has been issued for a portion of Florida's East Coast from the Upper Florida Keys to Sebastian Inlet, Florida. This includes Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
