The center of this storm, , will remain just far enough off the coast to keep impacts in the states to a minimum and Odette is moving away from the United States.
This storm will transition into a potent non-tropical low by Saturday night and is expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds to portions of Newfoundland Sunday. Odette will strengthen some as it loses its tropical characteristics.
