Tropical Storm Hilary Makes Landfall

Tropical Storm Hilary has made landfall in Mexico's Baja California Peninsula.

Hilary made landfall with 65 mph winds at 11:00 a.m. PDT along the northern part of Baja California, or about 215 miles south-southeast of San Diego.

Although Hilary's center has moved inland, the dangerous flooding rainfall threat from the storm is just getting underway in Southern California and other parts of the West. See the links below for more coverage.
