A New York couple were on the vacation of a lifetime at an ultra-luxury resort in Antigua when their holiday turned into a nightmare.
Alexis Sherry and Jason Savage were staying at the Hermitage Bay when Gonzalo, a tropical storm at the time, moved through the Caribbean.
The couple documented their stay on video, reliving the moments of when the storm blew out windows and brought down trees. They huddled in the corner of the bathroom until the winds died down.

The couple made it through the storm but were definitely shaken up.
Since moving north of the islands, Gonzalo has picked up strength. The National Hurricane Center upgraded it to a Category 3 major hurricane Tuesday. The forecast puts Bermuda in the storm's path by the weekend.
