System To Bring Heavy Rain, Wind Flooding To Atlantic Coast

Meteorologist Danielle Banks is tracking a​ tropical storm expected to form off the Southeast U.S. coast, and will spread heavy rain, strong wind gusts, high surf, coastal flooding and rip currents up the East Coast into the weekend.
