Snowmaker to Spread Through the Appalachians and Then Become Another Northeast Coastal Storm

A new coastal storm will develop off the Eastern Seaboard to begin this week, likely spreading the thirdround of accumulating snow and wind across portions of the Northeast in a span of fewer than two weeks. This weather system will also deliver ablanket of snow from the Ohio Valley into the Appalachians.
