A major Mars mystery has been solved, and NASA will tell the world about it on Monday.
According to its website, NASA to make a major announcement about the Red Planet. The event will be held at the James Webb Auditorium at NASA's Washington headquarters.

The scientists expected to participate in the event – a couple of them, in particular –have some science fans believing they already know what NASA's big announcement will be. Among the speakers announced for the news conference isLujendra Ojha, a graduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

It's not all that common for a grad student to be on the panel for a NASA news conference, but some believe Ojha will be there to help the administration confirm his discovery of , according to CNN. Ojha made that discovery , Inverse reported, along with his partner, Alfred McEwen.
McEwen is also expected to be part of the Monday news conference, NASA said in its release, adding to the speculation.
Some science-lovers expect big news from the Monday news conference, while others are taking a more wait-and-see approach.
