Think of it as a luxury hotel, except 45 feet underground, protected from nuclear blasts and natural disasters alike. Plus, it's completely undetectable. This totally renovated luxury bunker, located in southeast Georgia, was built by the Army Corps of Engineers but can be yours for a whopping $17.5 million.

The facility is impressive enough on the 32-acre ground level, with 2,000 square feet of commercial space and a 1,000-square-foot home for the property caretaker (two-car garage included). But as you go 45 feet underground it only gets more impressive, with two levels that include not just lodging but entertainment as well –and it's all built to withstand a 20,000-ton nuclear blast.

"This facility is impenetrable, while meeting the highest standards for quality, comfort and security," Martin McDermott, the co-owner of the building and counterterrorism security expert said.

The 600-square-foot apartments each include two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a bathroom. And never fear: even though the Cold War-era bunker was originally built in 1969, it comes complete with Internet and TV.

The bottom level of the bunker includes a high-definition home theater that seats 15, a large kitchen, a library, TV room and even a fully supplied medical room.

What powers it all? The property actually has its own 3-phase power plant as well as a solar backup system. The property also has its own water and sewage treatment room, as well as access to well water that's stored in a 1,000 gallon storage tank.

If you're wondering what on Earth you'd use this space for, the bunker listing press release suggests several alternatives to a super-safe residence: a corporate retreat, a training facility or the "ultimate man-cave."

The bunker property is located two hours from Savannah, Georgia, just 10 miles off of Interstate 75. The listing is managed by Sister Hood of .
