Winter Storm Neptune turned its attention to New England on Sunday, after wreaking snowy havoc on the Midwest earlier in the weekend.
At least six people have died from the effects of the storm, mostly on hazardous roadways. Thousands lost power as Neptune's gusty winds brought down trees and power lines. Sunday morning, a 38-car pileup .

Boston and the surrounding areas are being tested by yet another wintry onslaught. The city is still digging out from the more than 4 feet of snow it received in late January and early February from winter storms Juno and Linus.
The system will continue to dump snow and bring damaging winds to the New England coastline on Sunday before moving into the Canadian Maritimes.
