Already hitting the Cascades and northern Rockies, snow will spread into the upper Midwest and northern New England.Up to 2 feet of snow is possible in the Washington and Oregon Cascades and parts of the northern Rockies.Travel could be impacted in Minneapolis and Green Bay, Wisconsin, by Thursday as the snow spreads east.This will provide additional snow for ski areas in upstate New York and northern New England.
