Buffalo Area Sees 3 Feet Of Snow, Thruway Closure, Nearly 8,000 Without Power

The lake-effect snowstorm across the Great Lakes region has already dumped as much as 3 feet of snow in parts of Western New York causing road closures and knocking out power to nearly 8,000 customers.
